Her work includes extensive private and commercial banking experience, working particularly with business owners and high net worth clients. Marcia’s background also includes comprehensive wealth management in the forms of investment management, tax, estate, legacy/ generational, financial and insurance planning. Her passion is financial education for clients, and she focuses on lifelong learning. Her focus to customer service got the attention of the Wall Street Journal where she was featured in a front-page article regarding building and managing client expectations.
